Chicken Bacon Bombs

Chicken Bacon Bombs are a delicious combination of tender chicken breasts stuffed with a creamy cheese mixture and wrapped in crispy bacon. Perfect for a flavorful and satisfying meal

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 190C 375F

Make the chicken breasts about 1/4 inch thick by pressing them down

Add salt and pepper to the chicken

Add green onions, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and cream cheese to a bowl

Mix the cheeses together

Cover each chicken breast with an even layer of the cheese mixture

Put two slices of bacon around each chicken breast and secure it with a toothpick

Put the chicken bombs on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it

Put the chicken in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until its fully cooked and the bacon is golden

Take out the toothpicks before serving
