Maple Baked Beans Crockpot Recipe

Baked beans cooked slowly in the crockpot with maple syrup, molasses, and spices. This dish is tasty and comforting.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cans 15 ounces each of navy beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions:

In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients and mix well

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beans are tender and flavors are well blended

Stir occasionally during cooking

Serve hot as a side dish or as a main course
