Ingredients:
- 4 cans 15 ounces each of navy beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions:
In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients and mix well
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beans are tender and flavors are well blended
Stir occasionally during cooking
Serve hot as a side dish or as a main course
