A fusion twist on sushi incorporating the flavors of chargrilled oysters and creamy avocado, wrapped in nori seaweed and sushi rice.
Ingredients:
- 4 sheets of nori seaweed
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 8 chargrilled oysters
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, julienned
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- Soy sauce for dipping
Instructions:
Put a nori sheet on a sushi mat made of bamboo
Cover the nori with a thin layer of sushi rice, leaving a small edge around the outside
Set up a line of grilled oysters, avocado slices, and cucumber strips down the middle of the rice
Add the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce together, and then pour it over the filling
Use the bamboo mat to roll the sushi up tightly, and gently press the edge to seal it
Do it again with the rest of the ingredients to make three more rolls
Use a sharp knife dipped in water to cut each roll into six pieces
You can dip them in soy sauce
