  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Dice the mango, avocados, black beans, red onion, and cilantro and put them all in a large bowl

Mix the olive oil and lime juice together in a different small bowl

Add pepper and salt to taste

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss it gently to make sure everything is covered

Serve right away or put in the fridge to enjoy later
