The outside of these chicken cutlets is crispy, and the inside is soft. They are easy to make and taste great, and the whole family will love them
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C
Put the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound them until they are all the same thickness
Add salt and pepper to both sides of the chicken
Put flour in one dish, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese in the third
First, coat each chicken breast in flour
Then, dip it in eggs
Finally, coat it with the breadcrumb mixture and press it down gently to stick
Put the vegetable oil in a big skillet and heat it over medium-high heat
Cook the chicken in batches for about 34 minutes on each side, or until it turns golden brown
After putting the chicken on a baking sheet, bake it in a hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until it is fully cooked
