BACON Deviled Eggs

Group Sex Party Boyle Heights

BACON Deviled Eggs are a delightful twist on the classic deviled egg recipe. The addition of crispy bacon adds a smoky and savory flavor that pairs perfectly with the creamy egg yolk filling. These deviled eggs make for a fantastic appetizer or party snack.

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 slices of bacon
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Chopped chives for garnish

Instructions:

Put the eggs in a pot and add enough water to cover them

After the water starts to boil, turn down the heat and let it cook slowly for 10 minutes

Fry the bacon until its crispy while the eggs are cooking

Take it out of the pan and break it up into little pieces

As soon as the eggs are done, put them in a bowl of ice water to cool down

Next, peel the eggs and cut them in half along the length of the egg

Take the egg yolks out and put them in a different bowl

Put Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper in with the egg yolks

Blend or mash everything together until its smooth

For a neater look, use a piping bag or a spoon to fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture

Add paprika, chopped chives, and crumbled bacon to the top of each deviled egg

Put the deviled eggs in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve them

Have fun eating your tasty bacon-wrapped eggs
