A tasty Hawaiian-style chicken dish that is cooked slowly in a crockpot, making the meat tender and full of sweet and sour flavors.
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
In a crock pot, put chicken breasts
Soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic, ginger, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl
Put the mix on top of the chicken
Cover and cook on low heat for 4 to 6 hours, or until chicken is soft and cooked all the way through
Warm it up and serve it with rice or veggies
