Ultra Rich Healthy Brownies

Indulge in these guilt-free brownies that are both rich and fudgy. Made with almond flour, cocoa powder, and natural sweeteners, they are a healthier alternative to traditional brownies.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts optional

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease an 8x8 inch 20x20 cm baking pan

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, unsweetened applesauce, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt

Mix until well combined

If desired, fold in dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs

Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes

Cut into squares and enjoy your ultra-rich and fudgy healthy brownies
