Ginger-Lemon Grass Dip

This Ginger-Lemon Grass Dip is a tasty and refreshing yogurt-based dip that smells like lemon grass and has a hint of ginger. It goes well with chips, crackers, or as a topping for grilled food.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 stalk lemon grass, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine the plain yogurt, grated ginger, finely chopped lemon grass, and minced garlic

Add the honey, salt, and pepper to taste

Mix well to combine all the ingredients

Refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld

Before serving, garnish with fresh cilantro leaves

Serve as a dip with your favorite snacks or as a sauce for grilled meats and vegetables
