Enjoy these rich Peanut Caramel Chocolate Bars that are gluten-free, low in carbs, and good for you. They are the perfect sweet treat for people on the ketogenic diet or who want to eat dessert without feeling bad about it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Put almond flour, coconut flour, powdered erythritol, and cocoa powder in a bowl and mix them together

In a microwave or double boiler, melt the sugar-free chocolate chips, peanut butter, and coconut oil all at the same time

After adding the dry ingredients, melt the mixture and mix it in until a dough forms

In a baking dish with a lid, press the dough into it

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until its set

After letting it cool a bit, drizzle it with sugar-free caramel sauce and top it with chopped peanuts

Put it in the fridge for at least an hour before cutting it into bars
